SUNFLOWERS AND RAINBOWS

24hr Comic Day (October) 2009. 24-page BW oneshot.

Following the previous year’s adaptation, I definitely wanted to do something original for 2009′s 24hr Comic Day. This is what came out of my head at the last minute and I’m really happy with how it turned out, given all the restraints of the event. Aside from the cover (really just page 15) which was colored at a later date, only minor clean-up edits were made to the pages after the initial 24 hours.

This was my submission to the 2011 SCAD Sequential Arts Anthology, and I am pleased to report that it was accepted.
