Shaky Kane emerged on the UK comic scene in the mid-80-s, drawing for publications such as 2000AD, Deadline, and Revolver. He is one of a group of artists who have grown out of late twentieth century pop culture, influenced by punk rock, comic books, trashy movies, Kerrang! TV and non-fiction novels about serial killers. His work pushes the limits of taste and drags a scalpel down the veil of illusion, making you see the world in a different way.
