Only in this medium can there be such a plethora of fluorescent, drug induced comics with failed creative people falling down a darkened hole of depravity that ends in sniffing glue at a strip club. Rick spears, the man behind the unfortunately never finished "Pirates of Coney Island," returns with yet another book that is sure to literally pop your eyeballs out of your sockets!!
